Describe the project
Define the product context, visual need, and intended collection in natural language.

FROM INTERNAL NEED TO PRODUCT
Built from a real production constraint—not from a generic AI demo. The platform also includes a dedicated workflow for logo creation.
ORIGIN
IconFlowLabs began with a practical design problem inside KitchenWhizz: more than 2,500 icons were needed for ingredients, diets, allergies, recipes, and cooking actions—all in one coherent visual language.
Creating them asset by asset was not a realistic path. The team built an internal workflow that could prepare the collection, establish a shared direction, validate early results, and correct individual icons without restarting the entire set. That workflow became IconFlowLabs.

PRODUCT WORKFLOW
Producing one image is easy. Producing a useful collection is harder: teams need to define every asset, keep one visual direction, validate it before spending credits on the full set, correct individual results, and deliver usable files.
Start from a written description or an imported source document.
Turn the request into an ordered batch of assets rather than isolated generations.
Define shared style, color, outline, composition, projection, and content rules.
Generate a focused sample before producing the complete batch.
Generate the complete collection with visible progress.
Regenerate individual assets without restarting the complete set.
Package the approved work in multiple practical formats.
The product treats AI generation as a process teams can review and control—not as a disposable output.
BATCH PREPARATION
Users can begin with a written description or import source material. IconFlowLabs then organizes the work as an ordered batch that can be reviewed before generation begins.
Define the product context, visual need, and intended collection in natural language.
Project description
Prepare a batch from supported text and structured-data files instead of entering every asset manually.
Source import. The current upload flow supports TXT, CSV, JSON, XML, YAML, Markdown, and common source-code text formats.
Inspect the ordered assets before committing credits to generation.
Structured batch review
SHARED VISUAL SYSTEM
Users establish shared visual rules before full generation. The configuration applies to the batch, so the icons begin from one direction instead of a series of unrelated prompts.
The product includes controls for style family, color, outline, projection, surface, iconography, composition, typography, content mode, and quality.
Consistency begins before generation.
SAMPLE VALIDATION
Before generating the complete batch, IconFlowLabs produces a sample from the first three ordered assets. This gives the user a focused point to review the style, composition, and overall direction.
Only after the sample is ready does the workflow continue toward full production.
Three assets first. The complete set after validation.
The sample stage reduces unnecessary full-batch generation and gives users an earlier point of control.
PRODUCTION AND REVIEW
Large batches can take time, so IconFlowLabs keeps progress visible while generation continues. When the set is ready, users review it as a collection and regenerate only the icons that need attention.
After sample approval, the complete set is generated with visible status and progress.
Full icon-batch generation
Generated assets are reviewed together so the visual direction can be judged as a collection.
Complete-set review
A single icon can enter its own regeneration workflow while the rest of the batch remains intact.
Individual icon regeneration
Previous logo and icon outputs are retained as part of the product’s review and export workflow.

EXPORT AND DELIVERY
Once the set is approved, users can download one icon or package the complete collection in practical formats.
FROM WORKFLOW TO SAAS PRODUCT
Generation was only one part of the work. A public product also needed persistent projects, clear costs, recoverable history, support, and a way to communicate changes. Users can return to a collection, find it through search and filters, see its progress, and continue from the next available action.
COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS
Credits make the cost of sample and full-batch generation visible, while purchases and transaction history keep usage understandable.
